Cesar A. Libanati completed his undergraduate work at the University of Irvine (go Anteaters) and graduated from the Southwestern School of Law. After passing the California Bar Exam in 2014, Cesar he moved back home to Ventura, California and has been practicing in Ventura ever since.
Cesar started his legal career as one of the first attorneys to work at the Zahn Law Offices from 2014-2017 and left us to work full time for Ventura County Legal Aid, and then the Ventura County Superior Court. Cesar decided to come back home (from a work perspective) and rejoined the Zahn Law Offices in September 2024.
Cesar has represented Family Law clients in front of the Ventura County Superior Court, Los Angeles Superior Court, and Santa Barbara County Superior Court for the last decade. Cesar is fluent in Spanish and is a Father to an overachieving daughter.
